Happy Mother’s Day! What a sweet day celebrating together as a church family. 💐

Nothing “bundt” excitement as we celebrate Mother’s Day and worship the Lord together. We will have a special speaker, bundtinis and gifts for the ladies, and we will be kicking off our Life Line Pregnancy fundraiser. We hope to see you at 10:30 AM. 🎂🌷❤️

Unity in the Community Revival is taking place this week in Burgaw at the Train Depot! The Friday evening service starts at 6:30 PM. Make plans to be there and don’t forget to bring a chair with you!

Palm Sunday is going to be the BEST day!
Rotary Park will be the happening place as we host a fun, family oriented, and faith filled celebration. Egg hunts, free food, games, raffles, and more!

Revival Night with Rhonda Holland is coming up THIS Sunday night at 6 PM! This is going to be a powerful night of worship as we gather together with hungry hearts and great expectation for what God will do.

If you don’t know Rhonda Holland, she is a powerful speaker and evangelist who travels across the country ministering at special services, camp meetings, revivals, women’s conferences, and more! She is also very dear to Pastors Tommy & Ashton. You’ll be tremendously blessed by her time of ministry in Burgaw!

Church starts at 6 PM. Doors open at 5:30.
Childcare will be provided for ages 2-7.

This church planting journey has been not been one without difficulty, however, God has been kind to us.

We may not know what the future holds, but we pray we have a greater impact in Burgaw than ever before!

Anyone remember our launch night service back in 2022? We are so grateful to Gateway Community Church for allowing us to use their space to get “boots on the ground” in Burgaw and begin hosting our weekly services. We met there from March 2022 to May 2023. The kindness shown to us from their congregation will not be forgotten! We are so grateful for kingdom minded people who are willing to collaborate to see a harvest reached. Thank you Gateway, Pastor Ted, and Pastor Harrell! 💙

If you find yourself overwhelmed this week, remember, God is PRESENT! The enemy wants us to lose sight of this truth so that we walk in defeat. You may be pressed on every side by the things you feel are against you, but they can’t compare to the God who is for you!

“But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. PRESENT. That’s our testimony for today! God was present as we gathered together. He is present in the process. He is present in the waiting. He is present in the flood waters. He is present in the fire. He is with us! We can face this week with confidence knowing that whatever comes, GOD IS PRESENT!

Fun at some recent DPC gatherings! The men had their first breakfast earlier this month and the ladies were back to painting again. We love any opportunity to connect.

It’s Sunday and we are looking forward to a great day in God’s house! 10:30 AM will be here soon. 😃

We are monitoring the weather situation and according to the radar the storms systems look to be hitting this area later in the afternoon. Please make the wisest decision for your family and travel with caution today. We are praying for all who are being impacted and will be impacted by these storms.

This weekend we SPRING FORWARD! 🕰️
We may be adjusting our clocks an hour ahead, but we are also believing that we are moving forward into what God has for us. We can’t wait to worship together and hear the Word of the Lord! If you’re ready to move forward in Christ, we invite you to join us in the morning at 10:30 AM!

Tonight is one of the most important things we could do as a church: PRAY! We will be meeting at 6:30 in the main sanctuary. If you have anything you need prayer about, send in those requests so that we can agree with and for you!

Blind Bartimaeous was sidelined, experiencing life in neutral. That is, until Jesus passed by! Pastor Ashton shared with us today that we don’t have to be stuck in neutral but we can move forward in God! Catch this message on our podcast or YouTube channel this week.

Coffee & Connect starting at 12:30 PM, Kids Ministry during service, & we will be giving in our 2025 First Fruits Offering.

Get a little extra rest and join in for a great day! 🙌

On this MLK Day and Inauguration Day may we shine our lights and extend love, aiming for unity and preferring one another!

2025 is here! How can we pray for you in the new year!?

Tonight our sanctuary will become an altar as we create room for God to speak and move in the lives of those who are seeking Him!

We will worship together, pray, hear from God’s Word, and partake in Holy Communion. We are believing that God is going to touch lives and empower us as we prepare to embrace 2025. We don’t have to go into a new year burdened and fearful. We can find strength, freedom, and faith in His presence.
